Cooking Instructions

1. Soak 150 g Kabuli Chana overnight.
2. In a cooker, add soaked Kabuli Chana, 400 ml water, ½ tsp salt, and pressure cook for 4 to 5 whistles.
3. In a bowl, mix 1 packet of premix with 300 ml water to make a paste and set aside.
4. In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and 2 tsp ghee, add 150 g tomato puree (or puree of 2 tomatoes), and sauté.
5. Add the premix paste and sauté for 2 minutes.
6. Add the cooked Kabuli Chana, mash slightly, add 200 ml boiled chana water, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
7. Finish by adding 2 tbsp butter and cooking for 1 minute.
