Cooking Instructions | - 1. Wash And Soak 300 Gm Rice For 30 Mins, Boil 1 L Water, Add Whole Spices, 1 Tbsp Salt, 1 Tbsp Oil And Soak Rice. Cook It Till Rice Is 90 % Done, Drain Water And Keep Aside. 2. 3 Slice Onion And Deep Fry It. Marinated 2 Cups Veggies (Carrot, Potato, Beans, Peas, Cauliflower), 1 Cup Paneer, Above Fried Onion, 1/2 Cup Curd, 1 ½ Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 1 ½ Tbsp Urban Biryani Masala, 1 Tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, 1/2 Tsp Turmeric, 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder, 1 Tsp Cumin Powder, 2 Green Chillies, 1/4 Cup Chopped Coriander, Handfull Mint, 1 Tsp Salt, Mix It, Keep For 30 Mins. 3. Take A Pan, Add 4-5 Tbsp Oil, Add Whole Spices, Add 1 Tomato Puree & Fry It. Add Above Marinated Veggies, Salt If Needed And Saute It. Add 250 Ml Water And Cook For 2 Mins. 4. Put Layer Of Cooked Rice Over It, Add Fried Onion, Chopped Coriander, Chopped Mint, 1 Tbsp Ghee, Cover And Cook At Low Flame For 10 Mins.
