Pithguri is use to make different types of pitha like Til Pitha, Narikol Pitha etc. It is common type of Jalpan. It can be consumed by all age groups.Pithaguri, also known as rice flour or rice powder, is a type of flour made primarily from various rice varieties that have been finely ground. The husk of the rice, or paddy, is removed to obtain raw rice, which is then used to make the flour. After that, flour is made from the raw rice. Wheat flour can irritate the digestive systems of people who are gluten intolerant, so rice flour is a particularly good replacement. Rice flour is also used as a thickening agent in recipes that are frozen or refrigerated. A variety of pithas, like Til pitha, Narikol pitha, Pani pitha, Ghila pitha, Tel pitha,etc are produced using pithaguri. It can also be fried and served with hot milk, and jaggery, along with fruits and nuts. It is a common type of Jalpan.
