Moong MH 1142 is a high-yielding, disease-resistant variety of green gram and good seed quality. It is well-suited for both rainfed and irrigated Kharif conditions in northern India. The variety exhibits semi-erect growth, matures in about 60-65 days, and has dark-colored pods containing shiny green seeds.
