Prepare a soft, slightly sticky dough using 1 cup of JivanOrganic’s ragi flour, ¼ tsp salt, a dash of cumin seeds, water as necessary, and coat it with ½ tbsp oil. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
Divide the dough into 5-6 equal-sized balls. Roll out each ball into a medium-sized circle.
Cook on a greased hot tawa until brown spots appear on both sides. Serve while hot.
