Sambalpuri handloom the name comes from a small town called Sambalpur situated in the western part of the state Odisha. Sambalpuri handloom follows a unique traditional technique of tie - dye before weaving called Bandhakala.This traditional Bandhakala is also called Sambalpuri Ikkat. This unstitched dress material seta are a reflection of traditional Bandhakala weaved by local artisan of Barpali, Bargarh.This dress material set contains a kurta fabric as top, a plain fabric as bottom and ready to wear matching dupatta.
