This is the combination of three different honey. One from the forest of Himachal, another from Himalayan White flowers and litchi honey from local Litchi Garden.
This set of three varies highly in taste, color, appearance, consistency. Wild Forest honey is dark in colour whereas White honey is almost white in color and highly transparent. And Litchi honey little thick and creamy.
Wild honey has a good little thick consistency and on the other hand, White honey is thick & transparent with a natural sweet taste in comparison to any other honey and Litchi honey as well.
Crystallization is not a sign of adulteration. It is a natural process in the honey of those flowers which contains natural glucose more.
