Chest nut Powder

Chestnut Powder is a sweet, earthy, smooth-textured, white to light tan nut flour made from raw chestnuts ground without their bitter skins. It is lower in protein and fat, higher in carbohydrates, gluten free powder.

This gluten-free flour can be used to make cakes, crêpes, pancakes, mousse, muffins, cookies, and pastries, but it cannot be used to make bread. It functions delectably in soups and sauces that you can serve alongside chicken, turkey, or game.
