Shipping Methods in Mystore lets you decide how delivery charges are applied to your orders. You can create your own methods, set the amount you want to charge, define the delivery turnaround time, and apply smart conditions: like charging based on the order total, the delivery zone, or the destination state. This article guides you through creating a shipping method and using the conditions available to you.

Displays all available shipping methods with a quick summary:

FieldDescription
NameThe shipping method label (e.g., Free Shipping, Amazon Shipping).
Conditions CountNumber of conditions applied to this method (e.g., based on order total, weight, Zones, states etc.).
TypeWhether the method is Manual or Provider-Based.
ProviderThe name of the logistics provider (if applicable, e.g., Amazon, Pidge).
PriceThe shipping charge applied (in ₹). Refer this guide to set free shipping offer.
Enabled StatusIndicates if the method is active (1 = enabled, 0 = disabled).
CheckboxAllows batch selection of shipping methods.
Action MenuIncludes options to Edit, Delete, Duplicate, and View Logs.

Additional tools:

  • Search Bar: Filter shipping methods by name.
  • Add New Button: Opens the add/edit form on the right layout.

Add/Edit Shipping Method Form

This panel appears when you click “Add New” or edit an existing method.

NameEnter a label for the shipping method (e.g., Free Shipping, Express Delivery).
Type

Choose between:

- Manual: For your own delivery team or local courier partner. You handle rate setup, tracking, and fulfillment manually.

- Provider-Based: For third-party logistics integrations (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery) that automate shipping rates, label generation, and tracking.

PriceThe shipping charge in ₹. Set to 0 to offer Free Shipping.
Turnaround Time (TAT)The maximum expected delivery time (in days or hours).
Countries / StatesSpecify where this shipping method applies. Defaults to all countries and states if left blank.
Apply WhenDefine specific conditions when this method should apply (e.g., by order total, weight, quantity, or user group).
EnabledToggle to activate or deactivate the shipping method.
TaxChoose applicable tax type (default is GST-inclusive).

Use the Submit button to save your shipping method.

Example: Enabling Free Shipping

Use this method if you want to apply free shipping automatically based on order-level conditions like minimum order total. To set up a follow Free Shipping

    Zone and state wise shipping Method

    You can configure Zone-wise and State-wise Shipping Methods in Mystore to apply different delivery charges based on the customer’s delivery location. This helps sellers manage region-specific shipping costs, delivery timelines, and courier availability more efficiently. Using shipping conditions and rules, you can create separate shipping methods for different states or zones, automate courier selection, and offer customized shipping charges for specific regions.
