Understanding Volumetric Weight

Volumetric weight is a shipping calculation used to determine the space a package occupies relative to its actual weight. Shipping partners charge based on the greater value between actual weight and volumetric weight, so it's important to provide precise product dimensions. This helps avoid incorrect shipping fees and ensures seamless processing during courier pickup and delivery.

Adding a Store Location (Pickup Address)

Every seller must add at least one store location to be used as the pickup point for orders. To do this, go to Settings > Store Locations in your seller dashboard, and click “Add New”. Fill in details like geo-location (via map), address, contact number, and email. You can also mark it as your default pickup address and enable options like “Show on Website” or “Enable Store Pickup” for customer-facing features. Accurate store location setup helps logistics partners pick up orders correctly and ensures faster order fulfillment.
