Every Mystore store runs on a plan. Freemium is free for life and lets you start selling on the ONDC Network straight away. The paid plans - Basic, Business and Enterprise - open your own branded storefront to buyers and add tools as your business grows.

Prices above are for annual billing, which costs less than paying monthly. There are no setup or onboarding fees. A transaction fee applies on paid plans - 2% on Basic, 1% on Business and Enterprise.

Choosing or changing your plan

  1. Go to Plans And Billing → Billing Overview in your seller dashboard.
  2. Under Available plans, choose Annually or Monthly.
  3. Click Upgrade Plan, Downgrade Plan or Start trial on the plan you want, and complete payment.

Your current plan is marked ACTIVE, and Plan Details at the top of the page shows when it expires. Nothing you have already built is lost when you change plan.

If you are on Freemium, upgrading to any paid plan also removes the password from your storefront and opens it to buyers.
