HOW TO SWADDLE SAFELY

1. Spread the swaddle flat, with one corner folded down


2. Place baby face-up on the  swaddle , with their neck on the folded edge


3. Straighten their left arm, wrap the left corner over the body and tuck it under the right side of the baby


4. Tuck the right arm down and fold the right corner over the baby, tucking it under their left side


5. Loosely twist or fold the bottom end, tucking it under one side of the baby

SAFETY NOTE

Always place swaddled babies on their back to sleep, monitor them closely and stop swaddling when they show signs of rolling over
