| Instructions | Rinse the millet thoroughly before cooking. Soaking for 2–4 hours is optional and may help reduce cooking time. Cook using approximately 1 part millet to 2.5–3 parts water, depending on the recipe. Suitable for millet rice, khichdi, pulao, pongal, upma, porridge, dosa, idli and salads. Store in a cool, dry place after opening and keep the pouch tightly sealed. |
