A traditional, spicy, and smoky condiment, chutney, or pickle from Himachal Pradesh, India. It's made from locally-grown sun-dried red chilies, mustard oil, and spices, and often includes citrus extract. Chukh can be eaten with meals, snacks, or roti and rice, or used in cooking to add flavor to curries.
