InstructionsMix 150ml water and 2 tbsp of the Ragi Malt flour thoroughly in a saucepan. Take care to even out the lumps. Begin to cook this on a low flame, stirring continuously to prevent burning. After a few minutes, the mixture will turn glossy and thick. Take off flame. Cool slightly and serve. Sweet variation - To the above porridge, add sugar or jaggery and mix well. Serve warm or chilled. Can also add milk, fresh fruit or dry fruit and nuts (optional) Salt variation - To the above porridge, add salt and butter milk. Serve chilled.
