This traditional health drink made of sprouted ragi is rendered even more nutritious with the addition of nuts such as almonds and cashew and pulses such as moong and chana dal. The Ragi (finger millet) is sourced from Malnad Karnataka and combined with the other ingredients using a traditional recipe to make an invigorating and easy-to-cook drink mix.

Ingredients	Ragi (Finger Millet), Tur Dal, Chana Dal, Green Gram, Almond, Cashew, Dry Dates, Cumin, Methi and Mishri

Instructions	Mix 150ml water and 2 tbsp of the Ragi Malt flour thoroughly in a saucepan. Take care to even out the lumps. Begin to cook this on a low flame, stirring continuously to prevent burning. After a few minutes, the mixture will turn glossy and thick. Take off flame. Cool slightly and serve. Sweet variation - To the above porridge, add sugar or jaggery and mix well. Serve warm or chilled. Can also add milk, fresh fruit or dry fruit and nuts (optional) Salt variation - To the above porridge, add salt and butter milk. Serve chilled.
