Pusa Pakchoi-1 produces green leafy pakchoi with fleshy stalks and is a relatively quick-growing leafy vegetable. ICAR information reports fresh plant weights around 500–650 g and yield potential around 50–55 tonnes/ha under suitable conditions. Indian Agricultural Research Institute
