Pahadi Chitra Rajma is a variety of kidney beans (rajma) grown in the mountainous regions of India. The beans are named "Chitra Rajma" because of their distinctive speckled or mottled appearance, which resembles artwork. It has a strong taste and high protein value. The beans are different in taste from others because of the Himalayan climate. They are rich in iron, copper, manganese, potassium, and vitamin K1.

Pahadi Chitra Rajma can be used in the preparation of rajma, lentil soups, and simmered dishes. It goes well with both rice and roti and can also be used as a topping for salads.
