Our Organic Maka/Maize Flour is prepared by coarsely grounding dried maize. The process ensures that a part of the husk and germ is retained in the atta, making it richer in nutrients. This atta is used to make the famous makki rotis, which are had with sarson saag, or any other seasonal winter vegetables with dollops of home made butter for a wholesome meal.
