Instructions	How to Cook: 1. Wash your hands 2. Ensure to use of clean Utensils 3. Add 180 ml Milk to the utensil and boil 4. Add 30g (2 tbsp) Oats, Banana and dates Mix to a separate glass/bowl and add 80 ml water and mix to remove lumps 5. Add the mix from glass/bowl to the boiling milk 6. Cook on a medium flame for 8 - 10 Mins and stir continuously to avoid lumps, Cool to room temperature and Feed immediately TIP: add mashed seasonal fruits to the prepared cereal. Note: Little tummies develop food habits in the early stage, it's advisable to expose them to different tastes.
Storage conditions	Store in cool and dry place, Once opened transfer to an airtight container.
