RH 1975 is a high-yielding variety of Indian mustard (Brassica juncea) developed by CCSHAU, Hisar. It is recommended for timely-sown irrigated areas across Haryana, Punjab, Delhi, Jammu, and Northern Rajasthan.

• Maturity: It takes about 136 to 145 days to mature.

• Plant Features: The plants grow to about 6 feet tall with sturdy branching and dense pods.

• Yield: It delivers an average yield of 11 to 12 quintals per acre, with a maximum potential of up to 15 quintals.

• Oil Content: The seeds contain a high oil content ranging from 39.5% to 41.3%.

• Resilience: It shows good field tolerance against major diseases like white rust, Alternaria blight, and stem rot.
