Narikol Ladoo is a popular traditional sweet dish of Assam, prepared especially during the Bihu season. Mature coconut is ground and fried. When sugar/ jaggery is added while frying it, the whole substance becomes sticky. It is now rolled into small balls and kept separately to dry. These small balls of coconut are called Narikol Laddo (in Assamese). It is served as snacks with tea. It is a seasonal product, manufactured only during Bihu Festival time or on pre order by the customers.
