Palmyra sugar or palm sugar is extracted from the sap of Palmyra Palm bouquets and fruits. Being a natural sweetener, it’s used as a healthy alternative to processed white sugar.

It goes great with coffees, teas, other sugared beverages as well as baked goods, and also in savoury dishes with complex flavoring.
