Upon harvest, the prawns are promptly cleaned, deveined, and preserved using Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) technology.
They are then packaged in attractive packaging, and a cold chain is maintained until they reach the customer.
Upon thawing, these prawns/shrimps retain their freshness, akin to being freshly harvested.
