It is valued for its noninvasiveness, safety, comfort, precision, reproducibility, and rapid action . Thus, this systematic review was conducted to identify and evaluate literature regarding the effectiveness of laser application as a treatment modality by bridging a critical research gap and analyzing clinical evidence in the DH-alleviating efficacy of LLLT in comparison with placebo and other in-office desensitising strategies.
