Gender disparity is one of the major discussed and debated fields of study in postmodern literary theory and practice. Thousands of critical and research papers are being written; re-written, discussed, debated while they are presented in seminars, published in national and international journals, daily newspapers, E-journals and the papers are carefully stored in the book shelves of Colleges and Universities across the globe but the basic pattern still remains almost everywhere the same.
