Honey

Honey is a sweet, viscous, jelly-like fluid made by honeybees from flower nectar and their upper digestive tracts. It's a complex blend of organic and inorganic compounds, including sugars, proteins, organic acids, pigments, minerals, amino acids, vitamins, and antioxidants. Honey's chemical composition varies depending on the botanical source, and there are around 320 different varieties that can vary in color, odor, and flavor.
