| Instructions | To ensure accurate results, begin by bringing the test components to room temperature and washing your hands thoroughly. Collect a small stool sample in a clean, dry container, ensuring it does not come into contact with toilet water or urine. Use the applicator stick attached to the collection tube cap to prick the specimen in at least three different spots, collecting an amount roughly the size of a grain of rice. Reinsert the stick into the tube, tighten the cap, and shake vigorously for 15 seconds to thoroughly mix the sample with the buffer solution. Place the test cassette on a flat surface and dispense 2 to 3 drops of the mixture into the circular sample well (marked with an "S"). Wait 10 to 15 minutes to read the results; a result interpreted after 20 minutes should be considered invalid. |
| Storage conditions | Temperature Range: Store the kit at 2°C to 30°C (36°F to 86°F). This can be at room temperature or refrigerated. Keep Sealed: The test cassette must remain in its original foil pouch until you are ready to use it. Exposure to air and humidity before testing can damage the reagents. Dry Environment: Keep the box in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Do Not Freeze: Never store the kits in a freezer. Freezing will ruin the chemical antibodies used for detection. Shelf Life: The product is stable until the expiration date printed on the back of each individual foil pouch (typically 24 months from manufacture). |
