Instructions
To perform the test, first ensure that the test cassette, buffer, and patient specimen have reached room temperature ($15\text{°C}$ to $30\text{°C}$). Begin by removing the cassette from its sealed foil pouch and placing it on a clean, level surface. Using the provided disposable dropper, carefully collect the specimen; for Serum or Plasma, transfer 1 drop (approx. $10\mu L$) into the specimen well (S), or for Whole Blood, transfer 2 drops (approx. $20\mu L$). Immediately follow this by adding 2 drops of the buffer solution into the buffer well (B), ensuring no air bubbles are formed. Start the timer and wait for the colored lines to stabilize; results must be read at exactly 15 minutes. It is crucial not to interpret the results after 20 minutes, as any lines appearing after this window are considered invalid and may lead to an inaccurate diagnosis.
