CRISTA Red Chilli Powder is a chilli powder designed to fill a major gap in the Indian chilli market that has existed for decades the perfect combination of chillis to add medium heat (20,000-25,000 SHU), a vibrant red finish, and adds colour to a large variety of cuisines. A secret formulation passed down over generations brings together four popular Indian chillis in the perfect proportion. Once sourced, the chillis are transported to the factory where they are cleaned and processed before being freshly machine ground into a texturized powder using our sophisticated hammer crushers and micro pulverisers. The final step is mixing the chillis in our secret recipe and finally utilizing an automatic GMP blender to achieve the desired texture and consistency.
