Hey Its me Kashmiri Chilli Powder. Proud of: My vibrant red colour. Premium grade, original, pure, natural and sundried Kashmiri chillis are procured directly from the farms of Byadgi in Karnataka. Characterized by their chocolate brown, wrinkled complexion and wide-bodied appearance, these chillies are a staple in everyday Indian cooking adding a vibrant and bright red colour with less heat. With a heat value (measured in Scoville Heat Units) of 5,000-9,000 SHU, the chillis possess a mild heat note but add colour to your food. Once sourced, the chillis are transported to the factory where they are cleaned and processed before being freshly machine ground into a texturized powder using our sophisticated hammer crushers and micro pulverisers. The final step is mixing in an automatic GMP blender to achieve the desired texture and consistency.
