Geranium, spiritually invokes guardians of protection, keeping away negative energy. Geranium helps you to maintain your focus on something important when your thoughts are scattered. Its calming effect helps you sort out your thoughts. Bath salts have long been used as an easy and inexpensive way to improve mental and physical health. They are used for everything from stress relief to aches and pains. These are easily dissolved in warm bath water for bathing/ manicure/pedicure. We use real dried leaves or flowers or fruit peels... few are from my own garden.
