Local Sparrow's virgin coconut oil is made by turning the fresh coconut kernel into milk which is then used for extracting oil using cold pressed oil extraction process. This ensures all nutrition remains intact and the oil is clear, thin and has a fine aroma. Our oils are made in small batches and tested to meet nutritional guidelines. We do not add any colors or flavours to bring in an artificial consistency in our products.

Our virgin coconut oil can be used in salads for dressing, cooking all kinds of gravies and curries, sauteing, frying. It can also be used for hair and body massage, oil pulling or even as a moisturiser for your skin.

Our coconut oil is packaged in a glass bottle to prevent toxic chemicals leaching from plastic. This protects the nutrient value, taste and life of the oil inside.
