Rug Care -

Regular Vacuuming: Vacuum your rug regularly to prevent dust and dirt from building up. This will help keep it clean and prevent any particles from settling deep into the fibers.

Rotate Your Rug: If your rug is in a high-traffic area, rotate it occasionally to prevent uneven wear and tear.

Spot Cleaning: Attend to spills and stains immediately. Use a damp cloth to blot the stain, avoiding rubbing, which can spread the stain further. You can use specialized carpet cleaners for specific types of stains.

Listing Pictures & Details:

1. The images displayed in our store show the most accurate colours. Due to individual screen settings, we will not be held responsible for the differences in colour between the actual product and your screen.

2. Please be advised that patterns and colours may vary according to size in some cases.

3. Lengths and widths of the rugs may vary from the listed dimensions due to their handmade nature.

4. We do our best to provide all the rugs with accurate measurements. However, please be advised that some variations exist, which is not a manufacturing defect.

5. Variations can also be expected due to the nature of handmade, making each piece unique.

Shipping & Taxes:

1. Any size larger than 10 feet wide will be shipped folded. So you may see creases, and the rug may not lay flat initially, but it's very typical with rugs when shipped folded. All the wrinkles and lumps in the rug will go away within a few weeks of usage.

2. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes. We will not be liable for delays due to customs.

3. All items will ship promptly after payment has cleared Paypal.

4. Please provide your correct/complete address along with your contact details to ensure timely shipping and delivery.

5. All items will be dispatched from India.

6. Handling time will vary for each item.

7. Estimated delivery time is 4-7 days after an item is shipped.

Return & Exchange:

1. Return or exchange period is 30 days after delivery for most of the items listed in our store.

2. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

4. The item must be returned/shipped back in its original condition and packaging.

5. The buyer will be responsible for any loss in value of the item when it's returned.

Cancellations:

1. Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.

2. If the period of 24 hours passes and you still want to cancel your order, then there will be a certain percentage of cancellation charge because cancellation of any order in mid-production has a cost.
