TRICHIA – Bio-Fungicide (Trichoderma asperellum)

Description:
TRICHIA is a highly effective bio-fungicide formulated with Trichoderma asperellum, a beneficial fungus known for its ability to control soil-borne and seed-borne fungal diseases. It colonizes the rhizosphere aggressively, outcompeting and suppressing plant pathogens through mechanisms like mycoparasitism, competition, and enzyme production.

Application & Dosage:

1. Seed Treatment

   • Mix 10 g TRICHIA per kg of seed with a sticking agent (e.g., jaggery solution)

   • Shade-dry for 30 minutes before sowing

2. Soil Application

   • Mix 2–5 kg (powder) or 1–2 liters (liquid) TRICHIA per acre with 50–100 kg compost/FYM

   • Broadcast near the root zone or rows before irrigation

3. Root Dipping

   • Mix 10–20 g per liter of water

   • Dip roots of seedlings for 15–30 minutes before transplanting

4. Drip Irrigation/Drenching

   • Mix 5–10 g or ml per liter of water

   • Apply around root zone during early morning or late evening

Recommended Crops:

•  Vegetables: Tomato, Chili, Brinjal, Cabbage, Cauliflower

•  Fruits: Banana, Papaya, Citrus, Grapes

•  Field Crops: Cotton, Paddy, Sugarcane, Groundnut

•  Flowers, Spices, Medicinal & Aromatic Plants

 Precautions:

• Do not mix with chemical fungicides

• Apply in moist soil conditions

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight

• Use within expiry date for best results
