How to use : Add a few drops of essential oil to your diffuser to disperse the aroma in the air. Mix few drops with your favourite carrier oil for hair and body massage. Mix 4 to 6 drops of essential oil with your favourite carrier oil. Add the oil mix to the water and stir it. Step in and relax for 20-30 minutes. Use 1-3 drops in hot water for a steam inhalation.
