Hair care : Take 2% of Spearmint Essential oil in carrier oil and apply on scalp and hair stimulates the hair follicles and increases hair growth
Face care: Take 2% of Spearmint oil in carrier oil and apply it on face and gently massage soothes irritation and provides refreshing sensation Bath: Add 5-6 drops of Spearmint Essential oil in bath tub/bucket and take bath. It gives cooling and revitalizing effect
Aromatherapy: Add 2% of Spearmint oil in carrier and massage. Gives cooling and relaxing effect on nerves and muscles
Inhale : Open the lid of Spearmint essential oil bottle and inhale
Steam inhalation: Add 4-5 drops of essential oil hot water and inhale the steam
