Exactly a year ago we took on an initiative to support artisan families of Rajasthan, West Bengal and Andhra Pradesh during the lockdown to create a new design language using a weaving technique and embroidery technique. It has taken us a year to put these stories together and finally bring you a collection we lovingly called Phagun

Our summer range of sarees s one of a kind. Like the summer breeze on an ethereal lake, it is woven by the weavers of DAMA and interlaced with Kantha embroidery from our West Bengal cluster on the border and body to create this chic new drape story.

Variation and irregularities in the fabric are part of the hand weaving process and are part of the beauty and charm of the handmade fabric.
