InstructionsUnwrap the Pad: Gently remove the sanitary pad from its wrapper. Position the Pad: Peel off the adhesive backing and place the pad securely on the inside of your underwear, ensuring the pad is centered for full coverage. Secure the Wings: If the pad has wings, fold them around the sides of your underwear to keep the pad in place. Change Regularly: For optimal hygiene and protection, change the pad every 4 to 6 hours, or more frequently during heavy flow. Dispose Properly: Wrap the used pad in its wrapper or toilet paper and dispose of it in a waste bin. Do not flush the pad down the toilet.
Storage conditionsStore in a Cool, Dry Place: Keep the pads away from direct sunlight and heat to maintain their quality.
