The book has six research articles. In chapter 1, the author discussed the effect of smart classroom on teaching: a case study. In chapter 2, the author assessed the effect of spider and hierarchical concept map on science learning among elementary school. In chapter 3, it was assessed the status of elementary education in Cachar district: a descriptive survey, and in chapter 4, the embedding environmental education in pre-service teacher education program was assessed. The author assessed the impact of school organizational climate and teacher effectiveness on academic achievement of learners in chapter 5. In chapter 6, the attitude of Indian university teachers towards student feedback policy was assessed. These research works were conducted in North East India since last ten years will be benefited for the researchers, policy makers, and curriculum framers of education, teacher education, sociology, philosophy, and social works.
