Instructions	Ingredients Needed: 1 cup Millet Yard Ragi Idli Rawa ½ cup urad dal (whole or split, skinless) Water as required Salt to taste Method: Wash and soak the urad dal for 4–6 hours. Wash the Ragi Idli Rawa and soak it separately for 2–3 hours. Grind the soaked urad dal into a smooth, fluffy batter. Squeeze excess water from the soaked Ragi Idli Rawa and mix it into the urad batter. Add salt and mix well. Cover and ferment for 8–12 hours or until the batter doubles in volume. Grease the idli moulds and pour the batter into them. Steam for 10–12 minutes on medium heat. Allow the idlis to rest for 2 minutes before removing them. Serve hot with coconut chutney, sambar, or your favorite chutney. Storage Instructions Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the pack tightly sealed after opening. Transfer to an airtight container after opening for best freshness.
