EASY TO CLEAN: 1. Wash cast iron cookware with soap/gel/liquid 2. Dry completely with a clean cloth or paper towel 3. Apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the surface of the cookware and store it in a dry place. Hand wash recommended to preserve the seasoning. Not safe for dishwasher.
