Mosambi is a fruit with a round to oval shape, transforming its leathery rind from green to hues of yellow, orange, and green as it matures. Its rind is rich in essential oils, releasing a bright aroma when scratched. Inside, the soft, juicy flesh is divided into 8-10 segments, containing many cream-colored seeds.
