Instructions
Cooking Method: Knead a fistful of this gluten free flour with water. Make 1 or 2 balls & roll them into rotis. Roast on a hot tawa on both sides. Bajri rotis need to be made one at a time, as the dough turns bitter if kept for longer. As good as it tastes as part of a Rajasthani thali, bajri rotis are delectable with some jaggery powder and a generous helping of white butter. Enjoy!
