• Pusa Narangi" is the name of an African marigold (Tagetes erecta) variety developed by the Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), known for its orange, ruffled flowers and medium plant height. It is an open-pollinated variety, meaning its seeds can be saved and replanted. The plant is medium-sized, growing to about 80-85 cm, and flowers in 125-135 days, with a flowering duration of 45-60 days, producing 25-30 tonnes of flowers per hectare.
