Instructions	RAGI HURRI HITTU - LADDU 1. Add 1 tablespoon of ghee, cashew nuts, dry raisins, and copra, along with 1 cup (measured) of Ragi Huri Hittu to the container” 2. Prepare jaggery syrup by combining ¾ cup of jaggery powder with ½ cup of water. Boil the mixture for 10–15 minutes 3. Gently mix the jaggery syrup into the Ragi Huri Hittu powder until a consistent texture is achieved 4. Add little ghee to the Huri Hittu mixture to form your desired portion or laddu RAGI HURRI HITTU - MALT 1. Take 2 tablespoons of Ragi Huri Hittu powder in a container & 1 cup (250 ml) of water and stir well to form a smooth mixture. 2. Place the container on medium flame and stir Ragi Huri Hittu powder constantly to avoid lumps. Cook for about 8–10 minutes until the mixture 3. Add jaggery or sugar to taste, to enhance the flavor/taste, add 125 ml (half a cup) of hot milk and stir on medium flame for 2–3 minutes 4. Ragi Malt is ready to Serve
