6a36916d7908723fdcc2ac25Katyayani Zinc EDTA 12% Micronutrient Fertilizer | Water Soluble Zinc for Better Growth & Plant Immunity
Katyayani Zinc EDTA 12% is a premium-quality chelated micronutrient fertilizer formulated to correct and prevent zinc deficiency in crops. The EDTA (Ethylene Diamine Tetraacetic Acid) chelation technology keeps zinc fully soluble and readily available to plants, even under high pH or saline soil conditions. It plays an essential role in enzymatic, hormonal, and metabolic activities, promoting chlorophyll production, healthy growth, and higher crop yields.
Application Method: Foliar Spray, Drip Irrigation, and Drenching
Mode of Action
Zinc EDTA is absorbed through leaves or roots and translocated to actively growing plant parts. Zinc acts as a co-factor in several enzyme systems responsible for auxin (growth hormone) synthesis, protein metabolism, and chlorophyll formation. EDTA chelation prevents zinc fixation in the soil, ensuring higher nutrient availability and efficient uptake by plants.
Key Features & Benefits
100% water-soluble and chelated for rapid absorption.
Corrects and prevents zinc deficiency in crops.
Enhances chlorophyll production and early leaf greening.
Boosts photosynthesis and protein synthesis.
Improves root development, plant immunity, and crop yield
Performs efficiently in high pH and saline soils.
Increases the efficiency of NPK fertilizers.
Compatible with most fertilizers and agrochemicals.
Apply during the early vegetative stage and repeat at flowering or fruit-setting stage if required.
For zinc-deficient fields, repeat the application every 15–20 days.
Avoid foliar spraying during mid-day hours to prevent leaf scorch.
Dosage
Foliar Spray:• Standard Dose: 200 g per acre
Dilution: Dissolve 100 g in 150–200 liters of water and spray uniformly.
Drip Irrigation / Drenching:• Dose: 500 g per acre
Mix with sufficient water and apply near the root zone through drip irrigation or basin drenching.
Additional Information
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place. Protect from moisture.
Precautions: Use gloves while handling and follow the recommended dosage.
Compatibility: Compatible with most fertilizers and agro-inputs. A jar test is recommended before mixing.
Packaging: Airtight and moisture-resistant packaging for extended shelf life.
