How to use?
Add a teaspoon full of nuts and seeds mix to your child’s milk. It can also be added to sweet porridge and halwa. and Just mix it with honey (recommended for kids above 2 years) and lemon juice or add it to a glass of fresh juice.
Sprinkle some of it on fruits,dosa and chapati or mix some of it to your child’s dal. Making every meal a healthy one. Do not cook Amla powder as it will loose its nutritional properties.
