How to use?
Ingredients:
1. 1/3 cup Happy Tummy Mix powder
2. 2 cups coconut milk/almond milk/cow milk(12months plus)/water
3. Any seasonal fruit puree
4. Finely powdered nuts and seeds powder
Method:
# Add a small amount of water and make a paste of the powder
#Add this to boiling milk or water and cook for 4-5minutes
#Add any fruit puree to sweeten it and top it up powder of nuts and seeds to make it more nutrients dense.
It can also be used to make Roti, Cheela, Idli, Dosa
