Gram Besan is a pulse flour made from chana dal or brown/black gram. It is a major ingredient in the cuisines of the Indian subcontinent, including Indian, Bangladeshi, Burmese, Nepalese, Pakistani, Sri Lankan and Caribbean cuisines.
