Shapewear Size Chart

1. Measure around the target area and choose the measurement based on widest part of the target area.
   For eg. If Abdomen is the target area, say measurement around naval point is 38 inch, below the naval point is 37 inch and above the naval point is 36 inch in such case consider the measurement as 38 inch since it is the widest measurement of the abdomen.
2. Compare the measurements with size chart given below.

To get an accurate size, avoid using standard cloth measurements and instead use a measuring tape.

Always select the widest portion of the target area to ensure the perfect fit.
